LOOP-COVER
Achenbach Metalltechnik has recently developed an absolute bestseller with this double-sided opening option. This technology is used tens of thousands of times worldwide and has proven itself in practice. With two short, integrated tension straps and optional stainless steel handles and locks, this opening system is the most cost-effective way to easily open an Achenbach cover on both sides and lock it securely in place, and all by just one person.
Achenbach tip: By alternating the position (cover at the bottom, top, bottom, etc.), several meters of conveyor belt are accessible for maintenance work on the system within a very short time.
The short type K tension strap allows the covers to be opened and closed easily from both sides. The stainless steel handle ensures that all upper covers can be operated effortlessly and safely.
The fixed covers can be easily and securely attached to the supporting substructure using standard tension straps.

The simple folding cover from Achenbach has 4 galvanized hinge pins and 4 small galvanized brackets. This means that the cover can be easily attached to the existing belt frame at any point and does not usually require a separate substructure.

Achenbach Metalltechnik, with the world's largest variety of covers, has developed a multi-talented product that ideally meets customer requirements for easy and reliable opening on both sides: the superTec cover Evo II.
Competing opening systems on the market sometimes require immense installation effort with up to 20 screws per hood. The superTec hood Evo II eliminates these disadvantages, as even with opening options on both sides, only 8 screws are usually required. All attachments (including the large, user-friendly handles) on this superTec hood are made of stainless steel. No loose parts when opening, locking, and closing.
Thanks to 4 small angles made of hot-dip galvanized rolled steel, no additional T- or angle profiles are required on the belt frame. With the optional stainless steel hood lock, the superTec, like our best-selling LOOP hood, can be securely locked in the open position. This ensures easy and safe control by just one person.

TSC
Our TSC (Tube Swivel Cover) opening option is designed for on-site round tube substructures. The covers are equipped with two pipe brackets on one side, which act as hinges. On the walkway side, the covers can either be fastened with a short, integrated tensioning strap (similar to the LOOP system) or, in the simpler version, with a hook screw.
